About Us
A Hands-On Educational Approach
Our experienced instructors are committed to teaching CPR, first aid, and emergency preparedness training. We offer classes at our comfortable, convenient location, and we're willing to travel to teach large groups. Our class curriculum conforms to current guidelines. After attending one of our classes, you will have the knowledge, skill and confidence needed to respond to an emergency.
Who We Serve
Our courses are catered to healthcare providers, lifeguards, personal trainers, school staff, childcare providers, babysitters (11 years old and up), and anyone interested in creating a healthier and safer community. We serve Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Virginia. Classes are offered regularly at our designated training location, as well as, off-site locations per request.
Meet your Instructor
Toyin Falana RN, BSN
Toyin Falana is a registered nurse who has eight years of experience working in the health care field. She has worked in several settings in the hospital. Toyin has a passion for serving others. Toyin is passionate about teaching and preparing her students for an emergency. Her goal as an instructor is to make the material absorb by engaging her students through scenarios and hand-on learning. Her favorite quote is, "people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel" by Maya Angelou.
